Objective1. Discussion ultrasound elastography technique combined with conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules, and the combined strengths of both the clinical significance2. Analysis of related factors elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules influence.MethodTo Select65cases of hospitalized qualify patients, which surgery in our hospital, The20patients were male and two female patients45cases between the ages of17-73, with an average age of (42±2.3) years Between nodule diameter0.5cm-3.9cm. Instruct patient supine position, elevate the back of the head or shoulder. Fully exposed to the inspection area, calm breathing, routine thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. All cases were confirmed by pathology, benign nodules65, malignant nodules23. Equipment using Siemens Acuson Antares5.0with ultrasound elastography software features color Doppler ultrasonography, VF13-5high frequency probe Elastography to color-coded elasticity of representatives of different organizations, purple, blue, green, yellow, red behalf of the organization in order from soft to hard. By two elastic image sonographer score graded and classified.Result1. Flexible score4points and above to be malignant, benign and below3points. Conventional ultrasound suspicious of malignancy is a benign0points. The sensitivity of ultrasound and conventional ultrasound elastography, specificity, and accuracy were78.3%、89.6%、88.5%、73.9%、9.3%、85.1%, both in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules no significant difference.2. Joint diagnostic criteria: a combination of conventional ultrasound elastography score≥4points were diagnosed malignancy,<4points were diagnosed benign. Ultrasound elastography combined with conventional ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were87.1%、96.9%、95.3%, significantly higher than conventional ultrasound.Conclusion1. Ultrasound is a diagnostic routine basis, Conventional ultrasound elastography can help improve the detection of malignant lesions.2. For elastography score3points nodules, conventional ultrasound diagnosis of malignant conditions do not develop high nodules can avoid misdiagnosis of malignant nodules.3. Thyroid nodules hemorrhagic cystic necrosis, or calcification or collagen fibrosis or affect the elasticity results, the impact of the diagnosis.
