| Objective:(1) The development and clinical application of postpartum intrauterinepressure real-time monitoring system, provide a way for the study of postpartum uterinephysiological characteristics;(2) Measure postpartum intrauterine pressure range, andplot of postpartum intrauterine pressure fluctuations;(3) Research on the correlationbetween postpartum intrauterine pressure and the postpartum hemorrhage with atonyafter vaginal delivery. Methods: The development and clinical application of postpartum intrauterine pressurereal-time monitoring system based on the balloon catheter. Choose195full-termprimipara without risk factors in our hospital vaginal delivery in October2013toDecemberr2013, calculation postpartum intrauterine pressure range within2hours, andgraph drawing postpartum intrauterine pressure fluctuations within2hours. Research onthe correlation between postpartum intrauterine pressure and postpartum hemorrhagewith linear analysis.Results:(1) Postpartum intrauterine pressure real-time monitoring system includes thepostpartum intrauterine pressure measurement balloon, digital pressure gauge, datarecording and tracing system, after the clinical application of maternal, the tolerance isgood, no complications such as infection, cervical lesions.(2) Postpartum intrauterinepressure fluctuation range in2hours:36~189mmHg.(3) linear correlation coefficientr=0.766, P=0.000<0.01, the difference is statistically significant; linear regressioncoefficient b=0.743, P=0.000<0.01, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions:(1) Postpartum intrauterine pressure real-time monitoring system is safe, feasible and can be used for monitoring the postpartum uterus physiologicalcharacteristics.(2) This study determines the postpartum intrauterine pressurefluctuation range and postpartum intrauterine pressure fluctuation curve, and clears the objective indicators of uterine contractions after vaginal delivery, for clinical predictionand early diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage with atony after labor to provide researchfoundation.(3) There is linear correlation and linear regression between postpartumintrauterine pressure and postpartum volume bleeding within2hours. Namely, contraction condition of uterine is good, intrauterine pressure is higher, postpartumbleeding volume is less, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is lower, whereas uterinecontraction condition is bad, intrauterine pressure is lower, postpartum haemorrhageamount is more, the higher the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. |
