Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the vacuum-sealing drainage(VSD) in inguinal lymphadenectomy. Methods: From September2003to September2013, the clinical data of sixty cases ofinguinal lymphadenectomy of the Department of Plastic Surgery of our hospital wasanalyzed.Sixty patients were divided into two groups according to treatment method.Thirty patients were assigned as the VSD treatment group, the other thirty patients wereassigned as the routine treatment group, which was treated by means of traditionalpressure dressing. Blood supply of flap, incision healing time and incidence rate oflymph leakage were evaluated. Results: Among the30patients of study group,28cases recover,2cases are markedlyeffective,0cases are ineffective, the total effective rate is100%;Among30cases ofpatients of the control group,11cases recover,10cases are markedly effective,9casesare ineffective. The compliance, effective rate and curative time have statisticalsignificance between VSD group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Compared with control group, VSD treatment group is more effective. Itleads to less lymph leakage in inguinal lymphadenectomy. VSD in the treatment of,promote The wound healed, and greatly eased the patient Is dressing the wound achedthe pain;Avoid dressing in time when crossing open and close the wound rate of infection;Reduced medical personnel workload, nursing work just to maintain Effectivenegative, significantly improve efficiency;shortened the wound healed, and increase theturnover on the bed of comprehensive health care resources;Patients and theirsatisfaction....
