Discussion On The Ambulatory Blood Pressure Characteristics Of Patients With Hypertension And Hypertension With Coronary Heart Disease Or Cerebral Infarction

Objective: observe the features of ambulatory blood pressure of the hypertension patients、 the hypertension patients with CHD、 the hypertension patients with cerebral infarction,and then get the variance rule,for the purpose of controlling the hypertension.Methods:monitor the24hours ambulatory blood pressure of the hypertension patients with CHD(47patients,A group)、 the hypertension patients with cerebral infarction (50patients,B group)、 the hypertension patients (46patients,C group)Results:The number of24hMSBP、24hMPP and nMSBP of the patients in A and B groups is higher than that the number of patients in C group (P<0.05),the ratios of the blood Pressure variability and morning surge in A and B groups is higher than that in C group (P<0.05).The number of24hMSBP、24hMPP in B group is higher than that in A group (p<0.05).The number of24hMDBP in A group is higher than that in B group (p<0.05).The ratios of morning surge in A group is higher than that in B group (p<0.05).The ratio of the blood Pressure variability in A group is not different from that in B group (p>0.05)Conclusion:.The persistent growing of blood pressure、 the higher pulse pressure the disappearance or the blood Pressure variability and morning surge are the risk factors that induce the CHD and cerebral infarction to attack the hypertension patient.The phenomenon of morning surge is more apparent in the hypertension patients with CHD, the number of SBP in the hypertension patients with cerebral infarction is higher than that in the hypertension patients with CHD.
