ObjectiveObserve and explore its clinical significance in patients with serum ubiquitin acute coronary syndrome.Methods48patients with ACS were divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group(n=50), USAP group(n=50), stable anginapectoris(SAP) group(n=30), andhealthy controlgroup(n=20). The levels of plasma hs-CRP were measured with immune nephelometry. The levels of ubiquitin were measured with enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay and explored the correlation. Coronary artery disease were evaluated by modified Gensini score and analyzed with serum ubiquitin and CRP correlation.ResultsCompared with the control group (3.13±1.08ng/ml), the levels of ubiquitin were significantly increased in ACS group [AMI group (10.05±2.01ng/ml)、UAP group(8.29±2.01ng/ml)],The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). No significant difference between AMI group and UAP group (P>0.05). UAP group and the control group were also not significant difference (P>0.05). Similarly, Compared with the control group, the levels of CRP were statistically significant in ACS group and SAP group (P<0.01). The levels of ubiquitin and CRP were significantly correlated (r=0.702). Compared with the SAP group, There were significant differences between patients with ACS evaluated by modified Gensini score (P<0.01).There are no correlation with modified Gensini score and ubiquitin and CRP.ConclusionElevated serum levels of ubiquitin and formation of unstable plaque rupture related, suggesting their possible involvement in patients with acute coronary syndrome, acute cardiovascular events.
