Objective: In this paper, through a retrospective study on the short-efficacyand complications of clinical analysis of pelvic floor reconstruction in treatmentof the female pelvic organ prolapse patients, discuss the safety andeffectiveness. At the same time analyse the high risk factors for mesh exposure.Materials and methods:108patients with POP who had visited theguangxi zhuang autonomous region people’s hospital from June2012to May2013were analyzed retrospectively, According some standards of choice andexclusion,108cases finally were remained. According to the different methodsof surgery will be divided into research group and the control group,58cases inresearch group of the reconstruction group were treated with pelvic floorreconstruction surgery, the other50cases in control groups with routinetransvaginal surgery(transvaginal hysterectomy, repair of anterior and posterior vaginal wall).Collect general clinical data, intraoperative data, postoperativedata, and postoperative follow-up observation curative effect, use SPSS16.0toanalyse. Through examination of department of gynaecology and POP-Qmeasure to evaluate the curative ratio of subjective and objective. Through thestudy and postoperative follow-up observation mesh exposure conditions, thestudy group is divided into mesh exposed group and non-exposed group.Results:1. Intraoperative situation analysis:Intraoperative blood lossand Operation time:The postoperative subjective results show team is less thanthe control group, there have statistically significant (p <0.05).2.Postoperative situation analysis: There are significant differences in thepostoperative hospitalization days and the preserved time of installing catheterafter operation between the two groups (p <0.05).3. complications: Datadisplay the results show that the incidence of complications in the group is lessthan the control group, but the were no statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Postoperative cure rate: After1years back to court for follow-ups, the curerate of the study group is higher than that of the control group, there havestatistically significant (p <0.05). The postoperative subjective results showteam is better than the control group.5. Mesh exposured group and nonexposed group analysis:Intraoperative blood loss and merge operation number(Such as hysterectomy, the perineal body old laceration repair, urinaryincontinence surgery) are the risk factors for mesh exposure.Conclusion:1.Pelvic floor reconstruction (Avaulta) and TVH plus anterior and posterior wall repair of vagina are all safe and effective treatment for pelvicorgan prolapse.2. Pelvic floor reconstruction surgery is a safe and effective procedure inshort-term which can better regain integrity of anatomical structure andfunctions of pelvic floor for POP,with the advantages of fast recovery, lessrecurrence rate, high curative rate,micro-invasive.3. Evaluation of the effect of forward and complication prevention strategyformulation should be prospective randomized trial and long-term follow-up inbulk of cases.4. Intraoperative blood loss and merge operation number are the risk factorsfor mesh exposure.
