Expression And Correlation Of Human XIAP And VEGF In Preeclampsia

Background：Pre-eclampsia is a pregnancy-specific disorder of widespreadvascular endothelial dysfunction that occurs after twenty weeks of gestation. Toobserve apoptosis in placenta tissue of patients with preeclampsia and the rolebetween XIAP&VEGF and their significance in pathogenesis ofreeclampsia.To provide the basis for research and clinical treatment ofpreeclampsia.Methods：Study group:women with preeclampsia (n=30,mild=20,Severe=10).control group:normal pregnancy(n=20). Compare they are clinicalfeature.Levels of XIAP and VEGF in blood serum were measured by ELISA.Streptavidin-Biotin-peroxidase Complex（SABC）methods were used to studythe expression of BAX and XIAP in human placenta.Results:The serum concentrations of XIAP VEGF in the test group weresignificantly lower compared with the control group, They were (203.92士19.97)mg/L vs.(300.88士25.50) mg/L,(116.32士11.86) mg/L vs.(164.47士 15.47) mg/L. XIAP concentrations was positively correlated with VEGFconcentrations.(r=0.929). Positive expression rates of XIAP in Control group，Patients with mild and severe Preeclampsia placenta tissue were100%,84%and62%,there were significant statistical differences among thesegroup（P＜0.01）.Positive expression rates of VEGF in Control group，Patientswith mild and severe Preeclampsia placenta tissue were100%,91%and72%,there were significant statistical differences among thesegroup（P＜0.01）.Conclusion: The expression of XIAP VEGF in the serum and placental inpreeclampsia may play a role in the onset and the course of preeclampsia.
