OBJECTIVE Evaluation of the abdominal aorta tied efficacy, improve thecure rate and reduce its complications, amputation and mortality.METHODS The subjects were the First Affiliated Hospital of GuangxiMedical University from January2009to December2013period, thesurgical treatment of286cases (331limbs) of acute lower limb arterialembolization. Divided into two groups: the abdominal aorta bolt group(ASE)28cases (56limbs) and non-straddle-type lower limb embolizationgroup (non-ASE)258cases (275limbs), and by reviewing the literatureto find relevant monographs, clinical retrospective analysis and research.RESULTS ASE group cure rate was21.4%, non-ASE group was45.5%;ASE group mortality rate of32.1%, non-ASE group was only1.6%; ASEgroup and then bolt was7.1%, non-ASE group was11.3%; ASE Groupamputation rate of32.1%, rather than the ASE group was only12.7%.CONCLUSIONS ASE is tied in a very lower extremity arterialembolization critical type, amputation rate, high mortality rate, cure rate.Early diagnosis and surgery, perioperative comprehensive treatment,prevention and treatment of major complications after surgery can significantly reduce the amputation rate and mortality, improve the curerate.
