Objective Observe the change of blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and the cerebral hemodynamic changes during vasovagal syncope; Observe the role of hydrogen sulfide in vasovagal syncope pathogenesis.Methods Through the study of the target line tilt table test, vasovagal syncope in children (experimental group) evoked a positive response,But the healthy children (control group) without discomfort. At the basis of state and the emergence of a positive tilt table test (test end), the changes of pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, hydrogen sulfide concentration, cerebral hemodynamics (blood flow velocity Vs, pulse index PI) was observed before and after the testResult In the upright tilt test, the control group at the basis of the state and after the end of the experiment, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, hydrogen sulfide concentration, cerebral hemodynamics showed no significant change; experimental group at the basis of state and when upright tilt test positive, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, hydrogen sulfide concentration, cerebral hemodynamics changed significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When vasovagal syncope occurs, the heart and blood pressure of the patient is suppression, the blood circulation is decreased, oxygen desaturation; The hydrogen sulfide in the mechanism of vasovagal syncope plays a important role; Vasovagal syncope have cerebral blood flow regulation mechanism obstacles.
