| Objective:To elucidate the similarities and differencesof the clinical characteristic, treatment and prognosisbetween the bladder squamous cell carcinoma and UrotheliumCarcinoma and to improve the further understanding of SCC,raising the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods:The clinical data of9case of squamous cellcarcinoma of the bladder and the clinical data of32cases ofinvasive Urothelium Carcinoma from January2011to January2014was analyzed and correlated literatures was reviewed.Results:In9cases of SCC and32cases of invasiveUrothelium Carcinoma patients, in the blood in the urine asfirst symptoms, disease progression with macroscopichaematuria are not statistically significant(P>0.05)。In thebladder irritation, routine urine leucocyte increased significantly, clinical stage of tumor, single tumor, blood inurine degree difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)。In the SCC patients,on the different operation withinone year after one year survival rate and mortality differenceshas statistically significant (P>0.05),but the mortality ofboth is high. Conclusion:Squamous cell carcinoma is a rare in clinic, lacking characteristic symptoms. Early diagnosis is difficult, and invasive strongã€high malignant degree and confirmed whenthe majority of patients has developed to the late, prognosisand tumors clinical stage have a close correlation, so the earlyclinical diagnosis and reasonable treatment is very important. |
