Objective:To evaluate segmental systolic function of Coronary Heart Disease in early patients with left ventricular segmental systolic peak area strain and the time to systolic peak area strain from three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technologies (3D-STE).Methods:According to the selective coronary artery angiography,35patients are up to the standard (only one coronary artery stenosis, and Narrow rate≥75%).Divided them into three groups:a left anterior descending coronary artery group(LAD, n=15);a left circumflex coronary artery group(LCX, n=11); a right coronary artery group(RCA, n=9).Age-matched control group include30patients. Transthoracic acquisition left ventricular apical four-chamber view full volume three-dimensional dynamic image storage.Apply3DT analysis software to analyse offline.Measure the peak area strain of left ventricle which each segment and the global area strain, left ventricular segmental and global area strain time, left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Compared the above indicators difference between early Coronary Heart Disease Patients and normal control group.Results:1、Early CHD Patients and normal control group, left ventricular area strain curve shape and out of shape trend is consistent.2、Compared with the normal group, the early CHD group of peak area strain of left ventricle segment which controlled by stenosis coronary artery, left ventricular segmental controlled by stenosis coronary artery area strain time was significantly lower. Difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared the peak area strain of left ventricle between the normal group and the CHD group, left ventricular global peak area strain and global area strain time was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Three-dimensional speckle tracking technology can accurately assess the CHD patients with left ventricular area strain motion abnormalities, and to evaluate left ventricular systolic function.
