Comparion Of Laparoscopic And Thoracotomy Heller Myotomy For Achalasia

Object: To discuss the related factors of treatment of laparoscopic andthoracotomy Heller myotomy for achalasia.Methods: Analyze the clinical data of34cases of achalasia thatunderwent operation of laparoscopic and thoracotomy Heller myotomyfrom January2008to January2014in the Second Hospital of JilinUniversity by spss19.0software. Data can be divided into laparoscopicgroup and thoracotomy group, and the laparoscopic group is divided intoA group and B group. Group A contains11cases in2012and2013.GroupB also contains11cases in the other years. We used t test tocompare.The data contains operation time, intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay, cost and so on.Results: There are statistical differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay betweenlaparoscopic group and thoracotomy group.(P<0.05).There are statisticaldifferences in operation time, postoperative hospital stay and cost betweenGroup A and B.(P<0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic Heller myotomy has small trauma, quickrecovery, etc advantages, and is increasingly more skilled thanthoracotomy Heller Myotomy. It should be the first choice for thetreatment of achalasia.
