Objective:through the comparative study of the efficacy of Geramage polymerization porcelain and light-cured composite resin in the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth with vital pulp, the efficacy of Geramage polymerization porcelain in the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth with vital pulp was explored, so as to provide theoretical support and reasonable cosmetic restoration programs for dentists.Methods:40patients of our department for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth with vital pulp were chose, including146defective teeth which were divided into two groups at random:The polymerization porcelain group (the experimental group) was repaired with Geramage polymerization porcelain extraoral with indirect method; the resin group (the control group) was repaired with Light-cured composite resin intraoral with direct method, each group included73defective teeth. After one year of repair, except the clinical indicators and periodontal indicators of two groups, the periodontal indicators of corresponding healthy natural teeth of two groups were observed.Results:1. clinical indicators of two groups:in three parameters of edge staining, color matching degree of restoration and adjacent teeth, and restoration marginal adaptation, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups (p<0.05), while the difference of two indicators of the restoration integrity, sensitivity of the abutments and pulp status were not statistically significant (p>0.05).2. The impact of two groups repair teeth on periodontal tissue:the PI, GI, GCF volume of experimental group repair teeth and concentration of IL-lain GCF were significantly lower than the control group, significant differences between two groups were showed, while the PD value differences between two groups were not significant.3. Compare the repair teeth with the corresponding healthy natural teeth:compare with the corresponding healthy nature teeth, the five indicators of PI、GI、PD、 GCF volume of experimental group repair teeth, concentration of IL-lain GCF were slightly elevated, but the differences were not significant (p>0.05); Compare the control group repair teeth with the corresponding healthy natural teeth:the four indicators or PI、 GI、 GCF volume, concentration of IL-lain GCF were significantly higher than involutive healthy natural teeth, which showed the significant differences between both, while the differences of PD value between both were not significant.Conclusion:1.Geramage polymerization indirect porcelain cosmetic repair method was better than light-cured composite resin direct cosmetic restoration method in clinical results and the impact of restoration on periodontal tissue, the superiority not only reflects on characteristics of the material itself, but also connected with repair methods.2. With its good aesthetic results and biocompatibility, Geramage polymeric ceramic restoration had become another choice in addition to all-ceramic materials and light-cured composite resin material, and was a new generation of indirect cosmetic restoration with good prospects for clinical application.
