| objective:This study is trying to discuss the influence of the remote nursing interventionon effect of rehabilitation of postoperative patients with finger flexor tendon rupture.Give patients the guidance by the method of remote nursing intervention onpatients self care method.Optimization of the patient’s medical behavior and reduce the incidence of complications of postoperative tendon adhesion and tendon rupture after flexor tendon rupture operation.Reduce the rate of secondary surgery.Methods:Choose a total of76patients who accepted flexor tendon rupture operation inthe first hospital of Jilin University’s outpatient service from January2013to July2013.Randomly divide them into two groups,control group and intervention group,38cases in each group.46men and30women. from15to56years old, average（43.6±5.6）years old.Respectively evaluation psychological stress state ofthe two groups patients with SAS and SDS before operation,afer operation,applying for the first time,14days after operation and3month after operation,atthe same time formulate remote nursing plan for intervention group patients.Give health guidance to two groups of patients after flexor tendon ruptureoperation:Wound dressing time:dressing the wound once a day for three days after surgery,dressing every other day starting from the fourth day.Demolition of surg ical suture at fourteenth day after the surgery.Give finger function training method to the patients includ bending, stretching, syndactylia, point fingers,lift and dragphalangeal joints and wrist joints:Exercise early for finger function recovery,includes finger relative,motive,pull and wrist joint training.Give contin uous remote nursing intervention to intervention group on the basic of control gro up:chat face to face before removing stitches,communicate telephone,QQ,E-mailafter removing stitches every weed,10-15minates each time. Assessment patientscomprehensively on the hand function and state of mind. Assess and modify theplan Patients can leave massages throngh QQ or E-mail and will get a reply in24hours.Results:Give intervention group patients an continuous intervention for3months.Compare the two groups of patients on occupational structure,education level,economic statement or medical knowledge,there was no statistically significantdifference(P>0.05).Compare the two groups of patients on disease level and operation method,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).1. Compare patients’ medical behavior of the intervention group and control group after remote nursing intervention: intervention group patients are better than control group patients in the method of alleviate the pain and functional training methods,p<0.05, so it is statistically significant.2. Compare patients’ wound healing condition of the intervention group and control group after remote nursing intervention:33patients in intervention group are pri mary healing, while25patients in control group,p<0.05, so it is statistically significant.4patients in intervention group are delayed healing,while9patients in control group, p<0.05,so it is statistically significant.1patients in intervention groupis infection,while4patients in control group, p>0.05,so the difference is not statistically significant.3. Compare patients’ with complications of tendon adhesion and tendon rupture ofthe intervention group and control group after remote nursing intervention: inintervention group2patients occurred tendon adhesion,1patient with tendon rupture,p<0.05,so it is statistically significant; while in control group9patients occurred tendon adhesion,4patient with tendon rupture,p>0.05, so there was no statistically significant.4. Compare patients’ pain score of intervention group before and after remote nursing intervention(Use0-10digital pain score method):Compared two groups of patients before intervention,operation day and the day after surgery,P>0.05,so therewas no statistically significant.Compared the score on the fourteenth day and thethird month after the surgery, p<0.05,so it is statistically significant.5.Compare patients’ SAS and SDS score of intervention group before and afterremote nursing intervention:Compared two groups of patients before intervention,operation day and the day after surgery,P>0.05,so there was no statistically significant.Compared the score on the fourteenth day and the third month after the surgery, p<0.05, so it is statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.The system of remote nursing intervention can optimize patients’s medicalbehavior after flexor tendon rupture operation.2.The system of remote nursing intervention can guide patients with self-care ability,promotes wound healing and reduce the wound infection rate.3.Guide patients the methods of reducing pain feeling through remote nursing intervention,relieve patients’pain felling degree,and promote the patient’s comfort.4.The system of remote nursing intervention can give correct fingers earlier rehabilitation exercise method and reduce the incidence of complications of postoperative tendon adhesion and tendon rupture after flexor tendon rupture operation.Reduce the rate of secondary surgery,Promote the recovery of finger function.5.Continuous remote nursing intervention can reduce the degree of patients’ anxiety and depression in the rehabilitation process, calmed the nerves of patients, promoting disease rehabilitation. |
