| The thesis studied how to optimize the armarium management in A hospital. To reinforce its competition, it’s necessary to select the advanced armarium. A hospital depended on nation investment with comparatively simple and technical management. There are many problems which need to be optimized.The purpose is to maximum economic investment with perfect procedures and training.This article adopoted relative datas and documents by means of investigation and discussion. It applied LCC to equipment selection to choose the most suitable one and avoid decision mistake, not to choose the inexpensive one.It has positive results as follows:the writer proposed measures to optimize the armatium management. It includes the guiding ideology, principle, goal; Utilize LCC to analyse digital gastrointestinal machine to set an example for the most economization and most applicability choose of armarium; To solve the problems like the imperfection of system and lack of standardization, this article proposes mesures to strengthen its management, which act on early-days management, facilities maintenance, equipment overhaul, at the same time, draw up the system and the flow chart; It also establishes the training mechanism which perfects daily learning and appraisal to qualify the working team.We should continue to study advanced ideas and apply it to work, combine theories with work to better A’s development.The achievements:first, it analyses the status and problems existed in A hospital, raises ideas to better armarium management, discusses the frameword to optimize the management; second, raises guiding ideology,principle and aim; discusses the application of LCC; provides suggestions to improve the early-days management, facilities maintenance, equipment overhaul,which guides the armarium management; finnaly, it points out that A hospital should compare and study advanced ides home and abroad based on the actual management to overcome difficulties,and help contribute to the future of hospital. |
