Clinical Observation Of Recurrent Vulvo Vaginal Candidiasis With Damp-Heat Constitution Treated By Jiaweiqingdai Decoction

Objective:To discuss the impact of vaginal microbial environment (PH value of the vagina, vaginal secretions cleanliness, the number of lactobacilli score), clinical symptoms and signs score, clinical efficacy and other aspects of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) patients with damp-heat constitution treated by jiaweiQingDai decoction.To investigate the mechanism of RVVC and verify whether it can reduce the recurrence rate.Method:66patients from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between July2012and July2013, were chosed for the study. Using a random number table, randomly divided them into two groups:the treatment group the comparison group. And record the number of lactic acid bacteria in the vagina, vaginal secretions cleanliness, PH, clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment, and record the results of laboratory tests; using statistical methods to analy the dataResults:After strengthen treatment, the treatment group1patient、the control group2patient, candida is not negative, not included in the statistics.So after the total course, the treatment group32cases, recovered in22cases,5cases were markedly effective, effective in2cases,3case were ineffective, the cure rate was68.75%, the total effective rate was90.62%; the control group31cases,11cases were cured,7cases were markedly effective, effective in7cases,6cases were ineffective, the cure rate was35.48%, the total effective rate was80.65%. The cure rate of the treatment group is superior to the control group after the treatment (P<0.05) Improvement in clinical symptoms and signs of vaginal, candida negative rate, vaginal secretions cleanliness, the treatment group and the control group were effective, but the treatment group is superior to the control group To restore vaginal PH and increase the number of lactobacilli, the treatment group and the control group were considerable effective, and the advantage of the treatment group is not obvious. After the consolidating treatment a month、two months, relapse rate between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); After the consolidating treatment three moths, relapse rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), relapse rates of the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:After the total course of treatment, the total effect of the treatment group is superior than the control group; In improving the clinical symptoms and signs, vaginal Candida negative rate, vaginal secretions cleanliness, compared with the control group, the treatment group has advantage; to restoring vaginal pH and increasing lactobacilli, the efficacy of the two groups is equivalent,the advantage of the treatment group is not obvious. Recently relapsing rate of the two groups is equivalent effective, long-term recurrence rate of the treatment group is superior than the control group, that is, in terms of long-term efficacy of the treatment group is superior than the control group.
