The development of traditional Chinese warm disease has three stages:The first stage, from the advent of traditional Chinese medicine to the end of Han Dynasty, has a clear distinction between cold and warm disease with a better understanding of cold disease than warm one. Since Song-Jin-Yuan age, the mainstream medicine is stuck in the confusion of cold and warm disease. The last stage is in the Ming-Qing period when the warm school formed. They created a dialectical system for warm disease which significantly promoted the development of traditional Chinese medicine. What is worth thinking is that why warm school has formed and become influential along jiang Su-Zhe Jiang district in the Ming-Qing period while the development of traditional Chinese warm disease theory is twisted and slow as a whole? This essay will investigate the problem under the economic and intellectual background.Objective:Acrroding to making integration between the main academic thoughts of warm disease school and the historical data that taking the economic history, history of thoughts as the main body, we will make an reinterpretation on the academic thoughts of warm disease school, furthermore seek the direct human factors for warm disease school emerged in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. At the same time, in order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine and its development background, we will better apply these results to the advanced teaching, research, and clinical aspects.Contents:First, combing the sixteen physicians and seventeen books, to a certain degree, the paper reproducts the development history of theoretical system on warm disease school. Second, the paper treat the history of the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty as the official part. And the paper pay main attention to the time of memorabilia,including to economic development in Jiang su-Zhe jiang district. Third, the paper will make a reduction on the background of human development evolution.referring to"’History of Chinese Thoughts" written by Hong wai-lu、"General History of China"written by Fan wen-lan、"Chinese Philosophy History"and so on.Research method:Through literature arrangement, comparison, induction,and comprehensively using the methods of survey research, research of traditional Chinese medicine, medical research, comparative research, this paper mainly make qualitative analysis and comparative induction to the literature historical materials.Conclusion:The main economic history background of rising of warm disease school is seeds of capitalism that emerging at jiang Su-Zhe Jiang district in the late Ming Dynasty,and the main background of the thought history is enlightenment in the early Qing Dynasty. The two historical background is also essential for the formation of the factors of School of warm diseases, in addition to the development of medicine itself.
