Clinical Observation Of Quyidi Capsule T2Dm Patients With Early Atherosclerosis And Influence Of Ages

Objective:The observation of clinical effects of quyidi capsule T2DM patients with early atherosclerosis,and the influence of AGEs.to Discuss the possibility mechanism of actions.Method:90patients were randomly divided into2groups,under the same premise as the basis of treatments,the treatment group (45patients)were given quyidifang in capsules5pills at a time,twice a day of traditional Chinese medicine; the control group(45patients) were given tangmaikang granule1bag at a time,3times a day.The course of the treatments was24weeks. Observe both groups of patients before and after the treatments of FPG,PPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,AGEs, Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores. Analyse and compare the two groups indicators by statistical methods.Results:Qiyidi capsule can significantly reduce and improve AGEs,the significant difference in tangmaikang granule group; Qiyidi capsule can significantly decrease TC,TG,LDL-C and improve HDL-C,and tangmaikang granules group had significant difference; Quyidi capsule can reduce Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores and FPG,PPG,HbAlc with obvious adverse reactions and toxicity.safety is good.The efficacy is significantly better than tangmaikang granule group.Conclusion:Quyidi capsule has a good control of early atherosclerosis in T2DM patients’blood sugar and metabolism disorder;Quyidi capsule can effectively reduce the blood of patients with early atherosclerosis in T2DM AGEs level; Quyidi capsule can significantly improve the high coagulation state in patients with languid, shortness of breath lazy,dry throat dry mouth and other Chinese medicine clinical symptoms; Lower AGEs level is to Quyidi capsule prevention and treatment of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis phlegm early atherosclerosis in T2MD may be blocking mechanism.
