The Clinical Research Of The Bu Shen Huo Xue Method Combined With PRP To Femoral Neck Fracture Healing

Objective: Discussing the role of the bu shen huo xue method (Gu Shang Fu Yuan Jian Ji) combined with PRP to the femoral neck fracture healing and preventing femoral head necrosisMethods:Collecting90cases of femoral neck fracture (GardenⅢand GardenⅣ) in the Wen deng Shandong province of osteopathic from2012February to2012December. All the cases were randomly divided into Gu Shang Fu Yuan Jian Ji group (group A), PRP group (group B), combined with PRP bone Gu Shang Fu Yuan Jian Ji group (group C), each group of the30cases,90cases were with closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation. After a regular basis for radiograph of the pelvis and hip side position piece to observe fracture healing. The cases of suspicious for avascular necrosis of the femoral head were confirmed by CT or MRI.SPSS18.0statistical softw are for analysis.the specific method is:data with normal distribution,homogeneity of variance were compared pairwise using t test;does not comply with normal or normal di-stribution,heterogeneity of variance using nonparametric tests.Count data using x2tes t.Test level with a=0.05.Conducting efficacy evaluation for three groups of patients following the standard of hip joint function score (Harris score),and conducting respect ively statistical analysis to the date of three groups of cases.Results: All patients were followed up for9-14months, the average follow-up time was12.12±1.81months.In group A,4cases of nonunion of femoral neck fracture,7cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, group B of1cases of nonunion, avascular necrosis of the femoral head in2cases, C group all fractures healed and avascular necrosis of the femoral head in1cases.Through statistical analysis, the group C of nonunion and avascular necrosis of the femoral head were lower than group A and group B. Three groups of patients with hip function score, The score of group C and the rate of excellence was higher than that of group A and group B.Conclusion: This study demonstrated that The Bu Shen Huo Xue method (Gu Shang Fu Yuan Jian Ji) and the fracture end and the retinacular artery inject PRP can promote the healing, reduce the rate of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, the combination of the Bu Shen Huo Xue method (Gu Shang Fu Yuan Jian Ji) and PRP is used has more obvious effect.
