Objective:Explore the tap water combined Kingtag infusion of diabetic foot ulcers promote healing. And expect to provide new ideas and new methods for the effective treatment of diabetic foot treatment.Methods:60patients who were admitted in February to October of2013met the inclusion criteria were randomized into three groups of20each. Combined treatment group wound rinse with tap water,2times a day, Kingtag20mg plus0.9%saline100ml intravenous infusion once a day; simply rinse the wound with tap water group,2times a day; Simple dressing group with povidone-iodine dressing,2times a day. Using wound photography, transparent film tracings recorded after weighing method of wound treatment day and7,14d granulation tissue growth; volume reduced amount compared before and after the experiment. Take wound tissue before washing and after washing the day and7,14d, training and record wound bacteria. After the treatment of4,9,14d wound tissue taken immunohistochemical detection of CD34content, and is represented by MVD (microvessel density).14d comparing the total efficiency of treatment, topical wound treatment costs and the required degree of pain. Results:Each group gradually increased growth of granulation tissue ulcers, wound cavity gradually reduced, treatment and post-treatment7d day three was no difference (P>0.05),14d after the combined treatment group and the rinse group than in the simple dressing was significantly increased (P<0.05). Three groups of bacteria wash the wound was no difference (P>0.05), and7,14d day after washing the combined treatment group, simply rinse group was significantly lower than dressing group (P<0.05) and maintained at a low level. In treatment of the4d day MVD showed no difference between the three groups (P>0.05);9,14d after treatment, the combination therapy group and the rinse group was significantly higher than a simple dressing (P<0.05);14d combined treatment group after treatment than a simple washing group increased (P<0.05). Simply rinse the combination therapy group and the group total effective rate was95%, higher than the simple dressing group (P<0.05), the degree of pain and local wound treatment costs significantly lower. Conclusions: Tap water does not increase the risk of wound infection, compared with conventional wound dressing method can significantly reduce the number of bacteria to accelerate the growth of granulation tissue, saving the cost of treatment to alleviate pain medication; tap water combined intravenous method Kingtag effect on the growth of granulation tissue over the simple tap water better long-term treatment.
