Rehabilitation and timely detection of the finger is very important after replantation surgery. Traditional detection methods are invasive observation based on clinical experience, this method is not only real-time, accurate detection, but also brings secondary damage to finger replantation after surgery. Because the state of the blood supply can reflect recovery of replanted fingers, and oxygen saturation is an indicator of the state of the blood supply, so we use the method of dual-wavelength noninvasive oximetry finger replantation of to detect oxygen saturation, and measure oxygen saturation of contralateral healthy finger in the same way, by comparing the results to determine blood supply state of replanted fingers. In addition,since there is a positive relationship between the temperature of finger replantation surgery and the state of the blood supply, so we use infrared temperature measurement to measure the temperature of replantation surgery finger and health finger, thus providing more parameters to determine the state of the blood supply of replanted fingers. In order to simplify the complexity of circuit design and signal noise removal, we use the software method to pretreat and compute pulse oximetry signal and the temperature signal. This article includes four parts:By using TMS320C5515as the core, complete the collection, processing, calculation of fingertip pulse oximeter and temperature and determine of the state the blood supply, in addition, transport data to the host computer through serial port; Use over-sampling technology to improve sampling accuracy of oxygen signal A/D, use IIR lowpass filter software preliminary to remove oxygen and temperature DC signal noise; According to wavelet transform theory and signal singularity theory, we propose an method of wavelet modulus maxima de-noising based on Adaptive Threshold to effectively remove the noise of pulse oximetry signal. Then, we propose a method of how to extract pulse oximetry signal characteristic point based on wavelet transform to precisely extract oxygen signal feature points;complete calibration oxygen saturation and temperature by the method of fitting curve. Display and store values and waveform of temperature and oxygen on the host computer in real time and displaying the blood supply of replanted fingers. |
