Purpose:To know the current understanding of TIA cognitive status and itsinfluceing factors, and put forward the corresponding suggestions to improvethe understanding of TIA, so as to reduce the harm of TIA.Method: Through multistage stratified cluster random samplingmethod,1.According to the cluster sampling method and the size of proportion to thepopulation, selecte four towns randomly within each monitoring point in JilinProvince.2.According to the cluster sampling method and the size of proportion to thepopulation,select3villages randomly in every towns.3.According to the simplecluster sampling method, select a resident group which contains at least50families ineach village.4.Select a permanent resident over the age of18randomly in everyfamily.2996subjects were select in total.Describe the awareness of TIA and thecognitive rate of the nature and the symptoms of the disease.Univariate Chi-squaretest and Multivariate logistic regression analysis to investigate the influceing factors.Result:1.The awareness rate of TIA is10.75%。2.The cognitive rate of the natureof TIA is2.84%。3.The awareness of the symptom of TIA is in poor condition.Noneof the cognitive rate is higher than3.0%。4.According to logistic regressionanalysis,Gender, age, type of work, the degree of education is the influencing factorsof the awareness of TIA. The type of work, the degree of education is the influencingfactors of the cognitive rate of the nuture of TIA. Gender, age, type of work, thedegree of education is the influencing factors of the cognitive rate of the diseasesymptoms of TIA.Conclution:The cognitive situation of TIA is in poor condition. Gender, age, type of work, the degree of education is the influencing factors of the awareness of TIA. The type of work, the degree of education is the influencing factors of thecognitive rate of the nuture of TIA. Gender, age, type of work, the degree of educationis the influencing factors of the cognitive rate of the disease symptoms of TIA.
