Objective: to study the pathological type distribution of nephrotic syndrome patients in ourhospital in recent years, the sex ratio and its relationship with clinical manifestation, pathologicaltype distribution value data provided for the diagnosis and treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods:collected in November2011to October2011line for kidney disease hospitalrenal biopsy during clinical manifestations of patients with nephrotic syndrome and forinformation, refer to the laboratory examination, joint nephrotic syndrome of renal biopsy inpatients with biopsy pathology results, the relationship between the pathological characteristicsand clinical features were retrospectively analyzed. Results: nephrotic syndrome is the most common clinical manifestations. Of73cases ofpatients with predominantly male (51.4%), nephrotic syndrome incidence peak age of40to60years old, accounting for47.2%. Pathological types of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) ratewas highest (65.5%), male, the female is1.21:1. PNS is one of the most common pathologicaltypes of membranous nephropathy, accounted for41.9%, male: female is2.25:1; Followed bykidney disease (18.3%), IgA nephropathy is minimal change disease (14%). Atypicalmembranous nephropathy is secondary nephrotic syndrome (SNS) of the common pathologicaltype (53.1%), followed by with lupus nephritis (24.5%), and hepatitis b virus associated nephritis(6.1%). Through the kidney biopsy of nephrotic syndrome in patients with pathological typeanalysis, for not to carry out the renal biopsy of hospitals and patients with renal puncturecontraindications, according to age and gender of combining the clinical test preliminary ideakidney pathological changes of weight, further guiding treatment and judging prognosis. Conclusion: nephrotic syndrome based the pathological type determines the prognosis ofkidney disease. Primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) is still the main body of kidney disease, withthe highest incidence of membranous nephropathy. Secondary nephrotic syndrome (SNS) isgiven priority to with with Atypical membranous nephropathy. Renal biopsy can diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of kidney disease is important, the combination of clinical andpathological diagnosis and treatment of accuracy is much higher than the pure clinical diagnosisand treatment.
