Objective:To invesitgate the electrophysiological monitotring in operationcondition retention of cerebellopontine angle tumor excision of facialnerve function, to explore the clinical value of intraoperativeneurophysiological monitoring in resection of cerebellopontine angletumors. Methods:Retrospective analysis of Hospital in42patients with occipitalretrosigmoid sinus Luqiao effect of pontocerebellar tumors resection, respectively for intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring group(experimental group) and nonmonitoring group (control group) of thefacial nerve anatomy and function evaluation.Results:19cases of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in patients,1week after the operation preservation of facial nerve function in17cases, accounting for89.47%. In23patients without intraoperativenerophysiological monitoring group in1week after the operation, thefacial nerve function was preserved in13cases, accounting for56.52%,the rate of retention was significantly higher than that in nonmonitoring group of facial nerve function monitoring group1week after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the intraoperativeneurophysiological montoring group, facial nerve function after1week ofdiameter of tumor and postoperative results were statisticallyanalyzed, χ2=3.049, P=0.081, no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Operation take preservation of facial nerve electrophysiologicalmonitoring operation plays a good indicator of improving the operationtherapeutic effect. According to the research results,1week of tumor sizeand postoperative facial nerve function preservation have no directrelationship, as this study included small simple size, it still need moreexperimental study in the future. Intraoperative neurophysiologicaltechniques restricted to certain factors single blind or double blindexperiment, experiment still need more large-scale discussion in thefuture.
