Clinical Characteristics Of761Cases Of Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with aSAHin The first hospital of jilin university.Methods: Continuous collection of Jilin University First Hospitalneurological surgical disease within a year in2013admitted to the clinical dataof761cases of aSAH patients were analyzed, summarized the clinical featuresof aSAH in The first hospital of jilin university.Results:761patients of aSAH were admitted in the First Hospital of Jilin University,the Incidence of aSAH patients were most happend at autumn winter and theday.that the minimum age is17years old, the maximum age is87years old.Themean age was55.28±11.12years old.the largest number of rupture casesbetween the ages of50-59years.Female patients’number is larger than malepatients, the rate was1.78to1.The ratio of single aneurysms and multipleaneurysms were2.88to1. The size of single aneurysm average was5.80±2.70mm.Aneurysm size of3-10mm was up to83.3%in all patients.The mostnumber of rupture aneurysms is AcoA (37.8%) in single aneurysms, followedby the posterior communicating artery aneurysms (27.6%).The mirror aneurysmaccount for5.5%in multiple aneurysms.Bilateral PcoA accounted for3.2%.Bilateral MCA was1.8%.Conclusions: 1. The aSAH generally happened in the change of the season and day inthis report.2. The aSAH occurs between ages50-59, the ratio of women than men was1.78:1.With the domestic similar reports, was lower than those of westerncountries.3. The number of patients’ aneurysms with single than that with multipleaneurysms was515:179(2.88:1).More foreign reported slightly lower, but theratio is higher than the domestic.4. The most number of rupture aneurysms is AcoA (37.8%) in singleaneurysms, followed by the posterior communicating artery aneurysms (27.6%).5. Multiple aneurysms account for intracranial aneurysms179/761(23.5%),5.5%mirror aneurysm; The highest rate in the mirror aneurysms was bilateralPcoA（3.2%）; followed by bilateral MCA was1.8%.6. The rupture diameter of Aneurysm between3mm-10mm up to83.3%.
