Objective:Discuss the inner correlation between blood basis syndrome differentiation and colorectal cancer metastasis by investigating the clinical syndrome of60colorectal cancer patients before surgery.By starting from the clinical syndromes,using modern means of medical testing,grasping the character and changing rule of colorectal and blood stasis,add and enrich the theory of blood syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine science,update and perfect the existing dialectical system of colorectal cancer.Methods:1.Differentiate the blood stasis syndrome in the condition of double-blind study.Prior to the research,we regard the ones without or just with light blood stasis syndrome as whom haven’t metastasized.On the other hand, the ones with serious blood stasis syndrome are regarded as whom have metastasized.Compare with the pathological diagnosis after surgery and analyze the correlation.Discuss the correlation between blood stasis syndrome differentiation and colorectal cancer metastasis from the angle of diagnostics.2.Regard the blood stasis syndrome and its degree as the factor and take Multi-factor Logistic Regression Analysis on colorectal cancer to definite whether the blood stasis syndrome is the absolute influence factor. Discuss the correlation between blood stasis syndrome differentiation and colorectal cancer metastasis from the angle of statistics.3.Setting up randomized controlled trial,the patient of treatment group would be taken some Chinese traditional treatment of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis on the base of regular surgery while the patient of control group would just have an operation.Observe the incident rate of recurrence and metastasis afar resection and the3-year survival rate of the two groups.Discuss the correlation between blood stasis syndrome differentiation and colorectal cancer metastasis from the angle of treatment.Results:1.Accompanied by syndrome of blood stasis in patients with colorectal cancer than non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer (P<0.01).2.Tumor metastasis in colorectal cancer patients with blood stasis syndrome rate higher than non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with carcinoma of large intestine (P<0.05), and moderate to severe tumor metastasis rate is higher than in patients with blood stasis syndrome in patients with mild blood stasis (P<0.05).3.Traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with colorectal cancer adjuvant therapy, can significantly reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis of postoperative (P<0.01) and may improve patient1,2-year survival rate (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Blood stasis syndrome is a common clinical symptoms in patients with colorectal cancer.2.Blood stasis is the catalyst of colorectal cancer metastasis, and colorectal cancer transfers have a positive correlation. But the moderate and severe blood stasis on the metastasis of Carcinoma of large intestine and are not significantly different.3.Treated by Chinese herbs of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis on reduction rate of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer, colorectal metastasis improve blood stasis in patients with postoperative quality of life has a significant effect.
