Clinical Observation On Acupuncture For Treatment Of Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disooders Of Vulva

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of vulva, clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve local changes and vulva skin, hope that through acupuncture, to seek a new therapeutic pathway for economic and practical, no side effect to the disease.Methods:According to diagnostic criteria, the Second Affiliated Hospital from December to20132012were collected during December Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine gynecological outpatients, selection at the age of18-62years old women in33cases, give local acupuncture plus Body Acupuncture Sanyinjiao vulva Ashi (double) in treatment of vulvar Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders, with bladder stones, select itching or pain point, or pigmentation. The lesions of the vulva or acupuncture, the most obvious, press the itching, the most sensitive point, as the Ashi point, acupuncture point skin using routine iodophor disinfection, the acupuncture needle selected in shallow needling Ashi point needle, then around the lesion area is half an inch at a15degree angle, needle stab of surround needling toward the center, pierce about0.3-0.5inches, needle number as the extent of the lesion size, line twisting reinforcing method for30min, the lesion area, can adopt double surrounding needling. Sanyinjiao: into the1-1.2inch, stay after the gas to twist the30min interpolation method. Acupuncture1times daily, monthly menstruation stops, acupuncture10days for a course of treatment, the3consecutive month, to improve the situation to observe the symptoms, signs and pathology before and after the treatment, and statistical analysis.Results:Statistical analysis showed:33patients after3months of treatment,1cases were cured,12cases markedly effective,19cases,1cases ineffective, the total effective rate was96.96%, after treatment in improving symptoms, signs have considerable improvement. Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of surrounding needling, unexplained vulvar Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders in patients with total efficiency is96.96%, significantly higher than that before treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs and the integral of TCM symptoms improved obviously.
