PurposeThrough to the30healthy young acupuncture on the left side of the Zu san li(ST36),application of craniocerebral doppler super living (TCD) to observe the different time points in acupuncture before cerebral artery (ACA) in the change of the parameters,research of acupuncture on the left side of (ST36) point on the effects of the anterior cerebral artery,choose for clinical acupuncture point and acupuncture the points on the related research of the anterior cerebral arteryMethodRandomly selected30youth,15male,15female.age between20-25years old,in good health, always inadvertently cerebrovascular disease and other blood system after craniocerebral doppler (TCD) examination ACA has no obvious abnormalities.For volunteers clearly stated the purpose and steps,signed written informed consent for experiments,Laboratory temperature kept at22±3℃. humidity50±5%. Mix volunteers were divided into group30,15women group,15male group at age25±4.Volunteers after10minutes rest below quiet condition of TCD detection,in the supine position, use the head to the side,fully exposed him to inspect the temporal side. When observed in10minutes before the needle, needle15minutes after the acupuncture and out when the needle after10minutes the subjects blood flow changes in bilateral ACA. and record the boys respectively Girl group every time period bilateral ACA systolic blood flow velocity (Vs), diastolic maximum blood flow velocity (Vd), mean blood flow velocity (Vm), pulse index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of the value.The data recorded SPSS17.0software for the statistical analysis through the single factor analysis of variance (P<0.05) for statistical significance.The whole process of acupuncture to ensure every time an acupuncture needle and line is the same person, reduce the error caused by acupuncture technique.Result 1. Mixed group of acupuncture on the left side of the ST36, retaining needle when15minute hand and a needle on the right side of the ACA hemodynamic parameters Vs Vm (86.7786.7786.9012.517;61.909.28663.3010.025), which is on the right side of the needle in the first10min (75.10,75.10,55.80,55.80) increased (P<0.05) while the needle on the right side of the ACA hemodynamic parameters of Vd (51.8711.016), is on the right side of the needle in the first10min (46.5346.53) increased (P<46.53) the rest of the time point is on the right side of ACA’s value into the needle front10min no statistically significant change (P>0.05).Acupuncture on the left side of the ST36, each point in time the left side of the ACA is hemodynamic parameters into the needle front10min no statistically significant change (P>0.05).2. Male group of acupuncture on the left side of the ST36when they make the needle and needle hole on the right side of ACA in Vs Vm blood flow speed, on the right side of Vd in blood flow speed at the time of the needle, has a positive adjustment, and on the same side ACA had no effect on hemodynamics. Female group of acupuncture on the left side of the ST36when they make the needle and needle hole on the right side of ACA in Vs blood flow speed, on the right side of the Vm in blood flow speed at the time of the needle, has a positive adjustment, and on the same side ACA had no effect on hemodynamics.3.In the group of boys with the girls in the same frequency of the same point in time when there was no significant difference.But male group in Vd blood flow speed at the time of the needle, while women group Vd has no obvious change at the time of the needle. 4.Acupuncture on the left side of ST36did not cause bilateral vascular compliance and the changes of systolic function.
