Chemical Fiber Capsule Treating Chronic Extension Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Curative Effect Observation Of Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective:this article through the routine chemical fiber capsule combined hormone therapy, delay of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of chronic patients with the clinical curative effect of observation, analysis and comparison of chemical fiber capsules on the normal control group for clinical curative effects for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine dialectical standard screening, altogether collected60cases of qi and Yin deficiency type, pulmonary fibrosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment for3months, the control group with prednisone, western medicine symptomatic treatment, the treatment group in the control group given on the basis of chemical fiber capsules, the use of the two groups of prednisone both reference to the Chinese medical association in2002respiratory neurology, the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (mesenchymal) guidelines (draft). By comparing observation of60patients before and after treatment Watter’s score, pulmonary function, chest CT, Chinese medicine symptom integral and indexes of evaluating the advantage of the treatment group.Results:Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment the Watter’s score, pulmonary function index, chest CT, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms integral, the results show that the treatment group than the control group on the most indicators before and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemical fiber capsule has improved type gas Yin deficiency of pulmonary fibrosis patients clinical symptoms and signs. Chemical fiber capsule can reduce pulmonary fibrosis patients Watter’s integral and TCM symptom integral, and the experiment did not see obvious serious adverse reactions.
