Studies On The Preparation And Quality Control Of Jingzhuiyihao Capsule

Objective:Chinese empirical prescription jingzhuiyihao capsule, which can not only promoting blood circulation, but also relieving pains.To study the extraction and molding process, and to prepare a kind of cervical disease treatment,which have small doses and is suitable for diabetics,the experiment overcomes the inconvenience of traditional preparation process, develops it into capsule. Investigate the optimal extraction process, set up the quality control standardization and inspect the primary stability.Method:L9(34) orthogonal test was used in optimization of the experiment with the rate of compound pyrola as the marker,and moisture absorption of excipient was studied, which optimize the best extraction process,Study hygroscopic materials,bulk density and angle of repose and other indicators.Dragon’s Blood,Pyrola, corydalis,Chinese Astilbe and Clematis were identified by TLC;use aluminum chloride colorimetric method calculate the content of total flavonoids;with Bergenin as the marker,use HPLC method calculate the content of jingzhuiyihao capsule,to control the overall quality of the drug.Result:The preparation process is stable and reliable, the capsule have a good fluidity by the experimental design.The usual examination of Jingzhui lhao capsule was qualified. The differential effects of TLC is clear and exclusive,the method for determination of total flavonoids and Bergenin is accurate and reproducible,the proposed method can be used for the quality control of jingzhuiyihao capsule. Conclusion:This preparation technology is reasonable,stable,more active ingredients, relatively low cost, the method can be used for cervical mass of jingzhuilhao capsule production; quality control method is reliable, simple, clinical efficacy,stable and controllable quality medicine,laid the pharmacy experimental basis.
