Clinical Research Of DanHong Injection In Trearing And Preventing The Vascular Crisis After Crus Neurocutaneous Vascular Flap Transposition Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical application of Danhong injection in treating and preventing the vascular crisis after crus neurocutaneous vascular flap transposition operation.Methods:Fuzhou general hospital of nanjing military region selected orthopaedic from October2012to October2013were caused by traumatic ankle during a total of25cases of surrounding soft tissue defect.All cases included in the standard, uses the random number table method, divided into the treatment group and control group.Two groups according to the actual situation that the operative treatment of nerve or saphenous nerve nutrient vessels of retrograde flap. Control group postoperative of routine drug treatment such as anti-infective, antithrombotic and antitetanic, and other routine nursing care, the treatment group based on the control group and adds with Danhong injection on postoperative20ml intravenous drip,1times a day, for7d. Postoperative ld,3d,7d.we observated the swelling degree of flap, and the reaction of blood capillary, then the preoperative1d postoperative Id,3d,7d respectively a routine fasting blood sample in the morning,which is used for hemorheology(the high blood viscosity, low blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index)and the laboratory examinationof the blood coagulation three(prothrombin time (PT), activated partial clotting enzyme live time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB)). at last we evaluated the overall effect of14d after surgery on postoperative skin flap transposition.all the data of the two group were analysised by SPSS17.0.Results:1、In the aspect of sex, age, size of the skin flap, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).2、The comparison of the survival flap indexes:Observing and comparing the swelling degree of flaps in ld,3d and7d after opertation, there was significant difference between the two groups on the3rd(p<0.05).3、The comparison of haemorheological indexes:the contemporary comparison between the two groups, preoperative and postoperative Id has no obvious difference (P>0.05), postoperative3d,7d had significant difference (P<0.05) in the two way different time points compared with preoperative, postoperative treatment group after3d,7d hemorheology indexes have significant difference (P<0.05), while the control group no significant difference (P>0.05).4、The coagulation function indexes:there was no significant difference in preoperative (P>0.05) and postoperative1d since that has significant difference (P〈0.05)5、Two groups of patients with postoperative flap transposition overall curative effect more significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:After the operation of crus neurocutaneous vascular flap transposition to repair soft tissue defect of foot and ankle, on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Danhong injection, which can good prevent coagulation and thrombosis, improve blood circulation, can promote swelling subsided and reliable blood supply established, can effective prevention and treatment of vascular crisis, so as to improve the survival rate of flap.
