Objective:Regulatory T cells, IL-10, IL-6, IFN-α levels through the detection of patients with toxic heat flaming and internal heat due to yin deficiency of lupus nephritis in peripheral blood, and to investigate the relationship between the microscopic indexes and TCM syndrome and disease activity, material basis for lupus nephritis in TCM, and to provide experimental evidence for exploring the essence of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicineMethods:Collection of toxic heat flaming lupus nephritis patients met the inclusion criteria in28cases, the internal heat due to yin deficiency lupus nephritis patients27cases,21cases of healthy control group, the application of triple staining analyzed by flow cytometry in peripheral blood Treg cell level, and with CBA streaming protein analysis system to detect the peripheral blood of IL-10, IL-6, TNF-alpha level.Results:1. the toxic heat flaming group IL-10, IL-6level was significantly higher than the internal heat due to yin deficiency group (P<0.01); Treg in toxic heat flaming group was significantly lower than the internal heat due to yin deficiency group and normal group (P<0.01), the internal heat due to yin deficiency group and the normal group Treg shows significant difference (P<0.05); toxic heat flaming group IFN-alpha was significantly higher than the internal heat due to yin deficiency group and the normal group (P<0.01) the internal heat due to yin deficiency group and the normal group IFN-alpha no significant difference (P>0.05).2.the peripheral blood of patients with lupus nephritis the Treg with SLEDAI, IL-10, IL-6, IFN-α was negatively correlated (P<0.05). Peripheral blood of patients with lupus nephritis IFN-alpha and SLEDAI, IL-10, IL-6was positively correlated (P<0.01). No correlation the Treg with IFN-alpha between.Conclusions:1.LN patients of Treg levels show significant differences between normal group, Treg reduce may be the important causes of immune dysfunction in patients with lupus nephritis.2. toxic heat flaming group LN patients of Treg levels show significant differences between internal heat due to yin deficiency group, It is the micro indicators between the two syndrom. 3. toxic heat flaming group LN patients of IFN-α levels show significant differences between internal heat due to yin deficiency group,, It is the micro indicators between the two syndrom.4.patients with lupus nephritis of Treg with SLEDAI, IL-10, IL-6, IFN-alpha was negatively correlated with IFN-α and SLEDAI, IL-10, IL-6was positively correlated. Thus, IFN-alpha, IL-10, IL-6, Treg can be as lupus activity index. But there is no correlation between IFN-alpha and Treg.
