The Clinical Effect Of Taohongsiwutang Combined With Vacuum Sealing Drainage In The Treatment Of Gustilo TypeⅢTibia And Fibula Open Fractures

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TaoHongSiWuTang combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the treatment of Gustilo type III tibia and fibula open fractures.Providing the experience for the clinical treatment.Methods:Collected60patients with open fractures of tibia and fibula of the type GustiloIII.All the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized control methods.each group has30patients.All the patients underwent emergency debridement and external fixation of tibia and fibula fracture.The control group in the regular treatment prevent blood clots, improve nutrition and microcirculation,the wound in treatment with VSD.The treatment group on the basis of the control group combined with the treatment of TaoHongSiWuTang. Five days for a course of the treatment of TaoHongSiWuTang,taking four courses in total.Five days for a course of the treatment of Vacuum Sealing Drainage,remove the vacuum sealing draiage device in two courses.Observation:the wound granulation tissue growth,the swelling degree of shanks,the calf VAS scores, the rate of wound healing, the incidence of infection,the rate of fracture healing.To compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.There were difference of the wound granulation tissue growth between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).2.There were difference in the swelling degree of shanks between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).3.There were difference of the calf VS A scores in postoperative3days and7days between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).4.There were difference of the rate of wound healing in postoperative1months between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).5.There were difference of the incidence of infection between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).6.There were difference of the rate of fracture healing in postoperative3months and6months between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:TaoHongSiWuTang can promote the growth of granulation tissue,reduce the patients postoperative pain and the limb swell degree,improve blood circulation,reduce the incidence of infection,promote wound and fracture healing.
