Objective:This thesis determined to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement through questionnaire-es. In the mean while, analyze its relationship with the laboratory indicators, in order to provide an objective basis for ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement TCM diagnosis and syndrome differentiation. Methods:Collected from December2012to February2014at the Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region renal medicine of outpatient and inpatient and Fu Jian Provincial Hospital inpatient diagnosis of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement patients91cases, among which male45cases, female46cases. According to the diagnosis standard, inclusion standard, exclusion standard, and using clinical survey research methods, collecting patients TCM four diagnostic information, record the general data, including age, sex, the onset of the season, the gradings of renal involvement, the score of BVAS2003, detect and record patients’ serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), parathyroid hormone (iPTH), hemoglobin(Hb), C-reactive protein(CRP), and D-dimer(D-D). Application SPSS16.0statistical software for data processing and analysis; Analysis the ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement TCM syndrome distribution characteristics; Analysis the relation between the TCM general information and general data; Analysis the relation between TCM syndrome and laboratory indicators; Analysis the relation between the stages of the disease and TCM syndrome; Analysis the relation between renal involvement degree and TCM syndrome.Results:1. The TCM syndrome distribution of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement patients:speen-kidney deficiency syndrome38cases, accounting for42%; Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome30cases, accounting for33%;12cases of damp (heat) type,account-ing for13%;11cases of DLS syndrome accounting for12%. The various syndromes group in the onset of the season line Fisher’s Exact Test, P=0.025(P<0.05), there are significant. Analysis the score of renal involvement, BUN line ANOVA, each analysis of the result is P<0.05, there are significant; Analysis the various syndromes group in age, sex, season, the scores of BVAS and other laboratory parameters line ANOVA,there are no significant (P>0.05).2. The new patients occur most often in the winter, followed by spring; The major syndromes are speen-kidney deficiency syndrome and Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome in new patients; The age of male is older than the female’s in new patients; The main syndrome in the duration of the patients as same as the new patients’;The speen-kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome in Deterioration of patients. Analysis the scores of BVAS and renal involvement in the stages of the disease by ANOVA, the result of each analysis is P<0.05, there are significant.4. Analysis the gradings of renal involvement in syndromes, there are no significant(P>0.05). The gradings of renal involvement in scores of BVAS increments according the level of1,2,4,3, P<0.05Conclusions:1. The patients with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement to speen-kidney deficiency syndrome, Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome, damp (heat) type, DLS syndrome decreasing order, the speen-kidney deficiency syndrome and Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome accounted for67.03%. The accompanying symptoms of Blood stasis30cases, accounted for68.13%.2. Season, the degree of renal damage and BUN is an important factor to affect the ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement patients’TCM syndrome type. The new patients occur most often in the winter and spring, the speen-kidney deficiency syndrome and Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome are the main syndromes; The main syndrome in the duration of the patients as same as the new patients’;The speen-kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome in Deterioration of patients.3. The mian syndrome the patients with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal involvement is deficiency syndrome, which is always combined with blood stasis syndrome. This suggests that in the course of the undercompensation treatment, also should pay attention to the treatment of the blood stasis syndrome. Otherwise, the preventive treatment is quite important for the characteristic of non-seasonal onset of of the disease.
