| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingrefumai decoction on rapid atrial fibrillation with the type of phlegm-fire disturbing heart and the influence on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), adiponectin (APN)and Holter. Inquire into the curative effect mechanism of Qingrefumai decoction for rapid atrial fibrillation with the type of phlegm-fire disturbing heart. Provide a theoretical basis for TCM treatment and prevention on atrial fibrillation.Methods:The study got60patients of rapid atrial fibrillation with the type of phlegm-fire disturbing heart and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group. Both groups had30cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with the same therapy as control group, and with the Qingrefumai decoction. Observe clinical symptoms, the change of Holter, hs-CRP and APN of two groups before and after3weeks’treatment and then analyze statistically based on the observed data.Results:1. After3weeks of treatment, the curative effect of treatment in treatment group was80%,which was no better than73.33%that of control group. It was not statistically different between two groups (P>0.05).2. The validity of TCM symptoms for treatment group was83.33%with a46.67%higher than control group significantly (P<0.01).3. After treatment, the TCM symptoms total score of two groups both had significantly improved (both P<0.01); the treatment group improved more than the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.01).4. After treatment, both of the average ventricular rate and the duration of atrial fibrillation were significantly different with pretherapy in the two groups (P<0.01). The average ventricular rate of treatment group after treatment decreased significantly compared with the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.01); After treatment, the duration of atrial fibrillation of treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, which is statistically different between two groups (P<0.05).5. After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP of both groups were lower than before (P<0.01), and the extent of the reduction of the hs-CRP levels in the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0.01). 6. After treatment, the levels of APN of both groups were more than before (P<0.01); The extent of the elevation of the APN levels in the treatment group was more than that of the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Qingrefumai decoction has the accurate and safe effect to rapid atrial fibrillation with the type of phlegm-fire disturbing heart, may alleviate the TCM symptoms, improve the clinical effectiveness of Holter, as well as reduce blood plasma hs-CRP, and the same time elevate serum APN.2. The mechanism of Qingrefumai decoction treatment of rapid atrial fibrillation with the type of phlegm-fire disturbing heart may be associated with lowering the plasma hs-CRP and elevating serum APN, inhibit inflammation and atrial remodeling process. |
