Objective:1.To investigate the role of endothelial cell activation markers vWF,sTM,AVA in SLE-PAH pathogenesis,the correlation vWF, sTM,AVA andpulmonary artery pressure.2.Explore the correlation between the systemic lupus erythematosusfingertip peripheral blood flow and pulmonary artery pressure.Methods:In this experiment study,41patients with SLE and40healthy volunteerswere joined whose peripheral blood were recruited respectively, ELISA wasused to detect serum level of vWF,sTM,AVA from SLE patients and healthyvolunteers. SLE patients and healthy volunteers pulmonary artery pressuremeasured by color Doppler ultrasound methods, and detected the peaksystolic velocity (PSV),end-diastolic phase flow rate (EDV) and resistanceindex (RI) of finger arterial.Results:1.Pulmonary artery pressure by ultrasonic method is worth the41casesof SLE patients SPAP>30mmHg were a total of13cases,SPAP≤30mmHgfor the28cases.2.The serum level of vWF,AVA from SLE patients with SPAP>30mmHg was higher than SLE patients with SPAP≤30mmHg and healthyvolunteers(P<0.05).The serum level of sTM from patients with SPAP> 30mmHg SLE was higher than healthy volunteers(P<0.05),lightly higherthan in SLE patients with SPAP≤30mmHg group,but no significantdifference (P>0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between SPAP value with SLEDAIscore in SLE patients (r=0.506,P <0.05),and a positive correlation betweenSPAP value with the serum level of vWF in SLE patients (r=0.683,P<0.05);there was no correlation between SPAP value with the serum level ofsTM in SLE patients (P>0.05),a positive correlation between SPAP valuewith the serum level of AVA in SLE patients (r=0.487,P <0.05).4.The Pulp artery PSV,EDV of SLE patients were lower compared tohealthy volunteers (P<0.05),RI was higher compared to healthy volunteers(P<0.05).The nail bed arterioles PSV,EDV of SLE patients were lowercompared to healthy volunteers (P<0.05),RI was higher compared to healthyvolunteers (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between SPAP valuewith the nail bed arterioles PSV in SLE patients (r=-0.479,P <0.05).Conclusions:vWF and AVA may take part in the pathogenesis of SLE-PAH, thedetection of vWF,AVA and the nail bed arterioles PSV may be helpful for theearly diagnosis and monitor of SLE-PAH.
