The pressurized extraction was used to extract the flavonoids, and was compared with the other commom modern extraction technologies. Then, the mass transfer mechanism was studied. At last, the metal complexes of flavonoids were prepared, and the synthesis technology was studied.Main contents and experimental results are as follows:1. An efficient pressurized extraction technology has been developed to extract flavonoids from Chrysanthemum monfolium Ramat and portulaca oleracea L. It showed obvious advantages in terms of high efficiency to extract flavonoids in comparison with the extracting techniques of heating reflur extraction, ultrasound extraction and microwave extraction. It is also found that the extracts of pressurized method showed higher antioxidant activity. Scanning Electron Microscopy photographs of herbs corroborate the enhancement observed in the percentage extraction of flavonoids.2. Optimization of the flavonoids extraction from Chrysanthemum monfolium Ramat and portulaca oleracea L were studied by using single factor analysis method and orthogonal analysis method. The main factors to influence pressurized extraction technology were researched. The optimized process parameters of the pressurized extraction technology which extracted flavonoids of Chrysanthemum monfolium Ramat were as follows: the ethanol concentration was60%used as extraction solvent, ratio of material to liquid was1:60, the extraction temperature was70℃, extraction pressure was0.25Mpa and extraction time was40min, and the yield of extraction was8.07%. The optimized process parameters of the pressurized extraction technology which extracted flavonoids of portulaca oleracea L were as follows:the ethanol concentration was70%used as extraction solvent, ratio of material to liquid was1:45, the extraction temperature was70℃, extraction pressure was0.20Mpa and extraction time was30min, and the yield of extraction was1.30%.3. The mass transfer mechanism of pressuried extraction technology which extracted flavonoids from Chrysanthemum monfolium Ramat and portulaca oleracea L were researched. The kinetics model of pressurized extraction was based on the assumption of a mechanism of a second-order kinetic equation and the kinetics model was developed to predict the influence of temperature on the extraction concentraction of flavonoids with various temperatures and times.4. The metal complexes of flavonoids were synthesized, and the single factor analysis method and orthogonal analysis method were used to study the synthesis technology. The result showed that the metal complexes of flavonoids had high yield, antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity. For Chinese medicines, the pressurized extraction technology as a new extraction technology had improved the time-saving and high efficiency features. And the preliminary study of the metal complexes was a new investigation.
