Objective To explore the intensive care unit pneumonia klebsiella bacteria infectionstatus and part of drug resistant genotypes, and to make clear the resistancecharacteristics. Methods From Jan2012to May2013, drug sensitivity results ofclinically separated Klebsiella pneumonia strains were analyzed retrospectively.Drug-resistant genes of Beta lactamase and integron were detected by polymerasechain reaction (PCR). Using statistical methods to discover the difference ofpneumonia klebsiella bacteria resistance and resistant genotypes by compare theintensive care unit to the Other clinical departments. Results242strains ofKlebsiella pneumonia were resistant to16kinds of antibiotics. They were highlyresistant to aztreonam, cefazolin, ampicillin, sulbactam, cefatriaxone and ceftazidime, with the drug resistance rate of76.86%、65.70%、63.64%、62.40%and59.92%,respectively. They were resistant to imipenem, Amikacin, Ertapenem and Piperacillin, tazobactam, with the drug resistance rate of17.77%,18.88%,18.88%and23.55%,respectively. The resistant to gentamycin, imipenem and tobramycin of intensive careunit were significantly higher to other clinical departments. Among the242strains,ESBLs gene was detected in155cases, accounting for64.05%TEM genotype andSHV genotype were the major of ESBLs gene.114of the155ESBLs gene positivestrains had the both genotypes, accounting for73.55%(114/155). KPC gene wasdetected in86cases, accounting for35.54%; with AmpC gene in43strains,accounting for17.77%; all were DHA type. Integron gene was detected in128strains,accounting for52.89%(128/242);which was majored as integron-1(intl-1), accountingfor49.59%(120/242). The resistant genetypes to both TEM and SHV, both KPC geneof intensive care unit were also significantly higher to other clinical departments. Conclusion The situation of drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumonia was veryserious in our hospital, with the main types of resistance genes of TEM, SHV, KPC and intI-1. The resistant genetypes to both TEM and SHV, both KPC gene of intensivecare unit were significantly higher to other clinical departments.
