Objective: To investigate the sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB)with breast cancerin application and its indications,efficacy etc. And provide a reference for its clinicalapplication.Method: On the basis of summarizing clinical practical experience, along with thepertinent literatures about SLNB with breast cancer searched in Wanfang, VIP,Pubmed database in recent years,My investigation is to analysis comprehensivelyfurther.Results: On the basis of grasping the indications of SLNB with breast cancerseverely, sentinel lymph node negative patients generally take SLNB Clinically,without axillary lymph nodes dissection(ALND).It significantly decreases the limbnumbness and the occurrence of edema, reduces the intercostals nerve and axillarylymph pipeline damage to the accompany of achieving the goal of treatment,While italso improves the survival quality of patients, and it have a stable efficacy.Breastcancer SLNB tracer methods mainly includes dye method, the isotopes method,combination method and nano carbon method, the appropriate injection site and theright time will further improve the detection rate and accuracy, and reduce the falsenegative rate. Cavity mirror axillary lymph node cleaning does not give rise to higherrisk of tumor recurrence compared with conventional surgery.For the patients whosetumor diameter <3cm, tumor surface skin>5mm and without obvious dimples,thesurgery is feasible. Internal mammary lymph nodes (IMN) was neglected "hidden"sentinel lymph node for collecting the lymphatic circumfluence with the inside ofbreast mainly,and the current processing commonly dependents on the condition of the patients with axillary lymph node metastasis to judge whether the radiationtherapy replaces of the internal mammary lymph drainage area dissection.Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy(NAC) before SLNB is a reliable diagnostic method andcan provide accurate lymph node staging, and it helpful for the NAC planning’sformulation. NAC after SLNB in order to improve the detection rate and decrease thefalse negative rate, the patients with larger lump and lymph node metastasis in laterstaging before chemotherapy should avoid. The SLNB breast cancer patients whoreceive NAC or not receive NAC, the results of intraoperative rapid freezing have noobvious difference.Conclusion: Because the SLNB is simple,safe, good repeatability, high predictivevalue and low false negative rate.It will make more breast cancer patients benefit fromit in the premise of sentinel lymph node biopsy technique without any increase therecurrence rate. It provides a new feasible method for breast cancer Surgical treatmentand has important significance for the quality of postoperative life.
