MAGE-A3is a kind of tumor antigen gene, expressing in varieties of malignant tumor.In normal tissues (except the testis and placenta outside) have no expression. It’s usually considered tumor specific immune therapy ideal target molecules.GNRs is non-toxic and has good biological compatibility.It has become a common medical reagent. The surface modification of GNRS can make its function. When GNRs conjection with melanoma antigen,they can tracking locate the body in vivo tumor cell and can diagnose and treat the cancer. In this paper,we use GNRs whose length to diameter ratio is3.5.We use DTTC probe molecules and SH-PEG on the surface of GNRs, and combine with melanoma antibody,at last GNRs sysplex of biological target molecular appeared. Through the experiment tested, the GNRS biological targeted molecular have safety in cell about toxicity, targeting property.The paper proves that sysplex can target the tumors cell and make gold nano bar target molecules combine with Raman spectrum technology on tumor diagnosis. At the same time,it laid a solid founfation for the diagnosis and treatment.
