With the rapid development of nanomanufacturing technology, there is an increasing need for user-friendly and intelligent nanoassembly in nano research. Nanoassembly path planning is an important field of nanomanufacturing technology that ensures the implementation of nanoassembly. Nanoassembly path planning has a wide range of applications in many fields, especially in bio-medicine opening a new research area.This paper introduces the nanomanipulation based on an atomic force microscope, and the nanoassembly path planning. Nanoassembly path planning is used in bio-medicine with a few applications. In this report, nanomanipulation was carried out using an atomic force microscope (AFM), and nanolithography was demonstrated as an example of path planning algorithms. The imaging and detection of cells were done by AFM, and images of yeast cells were obtained. The mechanical properties of the cells were also tested. In addition, the experiment of the handling of drug particles was done, the scanning, planning and manipulation of drug particles were completed.
