Study Of The Syndromes Distribution Law And Pathogenesis Of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated Mild Cognitive Impairment

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to summarize the TCM syndromes distribution law of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment,And on this basis to explore the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment,with a view to provide reference for syndrome differentiation.Objects and Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria for diabetes of the WHO (1999),on the basis of diagnosed with diabetes, Reference the " Guiding Principles Of Clinical Research On Mild Cognitive Impairment(protocol)" which was adopted by Beijing United Study Group on MCI of the Capital Foundation of Medical Developments in2007at Beijing,draw up the MCI diagnostic criteria,incorporated into110patients. Survey and record information of four diagnostic,Calculate the collected data by probability.excluding the indicators whose positive rate is too low.and statistical the remaining meaningful information of four diagnostic. Use factor analysis calculates the information of four diagnostic.Find the intrinsically linked of those information that is lurking in the background.Summarize the syndrome of those closely related group contains symptom,physical signs,tongue manifestation,pulse manifestation.and calculate the proportion of those syndromes.Accordingly we know the TCM syndromes distribution law of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment.Analysis and discuss the syndromes which have a larger proportion.Summarize the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment.Results:Using factor analysis calculated five common factors. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinic.summarize these five common factors which included information of four diagnostic.then reach conclusion kinds of syndromes.they are:similar syndrome of marrow depletion due to kidney deficiency,similar syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency,similar fire-toxicity syndrome.similar syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.similar syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.The distribution of the5kinds of syndromes:the similar syndrome of marrow depletion due to kidney deficiency30cases,Accounted for the largest proportion27.3%;followed by the similar syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency23cases,accounting for20.9%;rest followed by the similar fire-toxicity syndrome19cases,the similar syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency18cases,the similar syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin20cases,Respectively accounting for17.3%,16.4%,18.2%.Conclusion:1. Factor analysis is a suitable statistical method for examination of TCM syndromes distribution law.2.The common syndromes diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment is syndrome of marrow depletion due to kidney deficiency,syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency,fire-toxicity syndrome,syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.3. As can be seen from the results of the syndromes’distribution.The main pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impairment is marrow depletion due to kidney deficiency.secondary pathogenesis is dampness-retention due to spleen deficiency,basic pathogenesis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality."Pancreas(spleen)-brain-kidney"theory is A good overview of pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated mild cognitive impair-rment,it is worth that the further developed and promoted.
