Objective:To discuss the role of ω-3polyunsaturated fatty acids to inflammatory response after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods:41patients with colorectal cancer were included in this study, who were randomly divided into two groups and given Laparoscopic radical surgery treatment within a time limit. Both groups were given parenteral nutrition support treatment with equal nitrogen and calories for at least5days. The nutrition scheme:ordinary long chain lipid emulsions were used in the control group. ω-3fish oil fat emulsions and ordinary long chain lipid emulsions were used in the treatment group. Other drugs of both groups were the same except fat emulsion. The standard was25Kcal/kg.d, with the ratio of5:5between sugar and lipid and the ratio of100-150:1between nonprotein calories and nitrogen. Serum specimens were obtained in preoperation, the first day after surgery and the sixth day after surgery of two groups. Serum level of inflammatory indicators(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、 IFN-γ、TNF and so on) were measured by flow cytometry. The statistical data were obtained by SPSS13.0software.Results:①The serum variation level of IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α between the treatment group and the control group at the first day after surgery and the sixth day after surgery have statistical significance(p<0.05).②The serum variation level of IL-2、IL-10、IFN-γ between the treatment group and the control group at the first day after surgery and the sixth day after surgery have no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:co-3Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) with5days treatment have some effect on inflammatory response of patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery. There are17figures,4tables and64references in the article in all.
