The Effect Assessment Of The Treatment And Management Measures To Severe Mental Patients:the Special Clinic Model

Objective:To evaluate treatment effect of Special outpatient management about severe mental illness, provide a useful reference for the long term management of patients with severe mental illness treatment system.Methods:Patients with severe mental illness who participate in a special rehabilitation hospital outpatient medication as the study group, in accordance with the standard pairing, selected the community outpatient who did not participate in special medication in patients as the control group.two groups of patients the basic situation, social functioning condition, medication compliance, to survey their basic situation, social functioning condition, medication compliance, medical expenses and satisfaction, and evaluate treatment effects of special outpatient management.Results:145Special outpatients were surveyed, in accordance with the standard pairing,145outpatient medication did not participate in special patient community were surveyed. Special outpatient and community care patients in their personal lives and social interpersonal difference was statistically significant, in housework, productive labor and working, learning ability and general functional aspects of the difference was not statistically significant. Special outpatient medication yesterday proportion and every day the week before taking the proportion of patients were higher than community patients.Conclusion:Special outpatient patients with good compliance in the community. The economic burden of Special outpatient patients lower than in patients with community. Special outpatient patients’satisfaction higher than that of patients with community. Special outpatient patient and community patient in the social function and General function with no significant difference.
