OBJECTIVES:Comparing open and laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection two surgical effects of surgery and intraperitoneal route and laparoscopic extraperitoneal approach the effect of two surgical paths for clinicians to choose the best surgical approach to provide a referenceMETHED:Retrospective analysis of the medical records of the past10years, Xiangya Hospital,30patients with testicular non-seminoma tumors, and all patients in the testis radical resection1month retroperitoneal lymph node dissection after endoscopic group of19patients which by the intraperitoneal route A9patients,10cases of group B by the retroperitoneal approach, open group C Group11cases, more open group and the laparoscopy group and two different diameter in laparoscopic surgery, the operation time, blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative concurrent disease, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative intestinal recovery, drainage tube removed lymph nodes the number of cleaning, ejaculation and postoperative AFP, LDH and beta-such as HCG. RESULTS:All patients were operated to be successful, the operation time of the A/B group were:186±35min and221±56min; blood loss were:110±30ml and262±112ml; the postoperative intestinal restore time:2.1±0.6days and3.2±0.8days; postoperative hospital stay were:7.8±1.1and9.1±2.6days; wound drainage tube indwelling time:5.3±1.7and6.5±1.5days, cleaning out the number of lymph nodes, respectively:11.1=1=1.2and10.7±1.5. A1/A2operative time (min):197±32and178±31. Blood loss (ml):107±26and111±21. Postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time (days):2.2±0.6and1.9±0.7. Postoperative hospital stays (days):7.9±1.2and7.5±1.4. Drainage tube indwelling time (days):5.4±1.9, and5.1±2.1.Cleaning out the number of lymph nodes:11.2±1.5and10.8±1.6.CONCLUSION:Laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection in operative time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative intestinal recovery and postoperative drainage tube indwelling time better than the open peritoneal lymph node dissection, and laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection with open retroperitoneal lymph node dissection there was no difference in the number lymphadenectomy. Two different ways of laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection comparison between the surgery in terms of operative time than by intraperitoneal laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, the retroperitoneal approach laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. Laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection is a safe and effective surgical method and can be recommended as the first choice of retroperitoneal lymph node dissection surgical...
