The Change And Its Clinical Significance Of Serum B7-H3Levels In Patients With Hepatocellular Carcinoma Before And After TACE

Objective：The experimental study was aimed to investigate the change and itsclinical significance of B7-H3and CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD8~＋T-Lymphocyte Subsets and ratioof CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinomabefore and after the interventional therapy by detected the level of B7-H3and CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD8~＋T-Lymphocyte Subsets and ratio of CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte inpatients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma before and after the treatment. Toprovide of TACE for liver cancer assessment and again with TACE timing of newserological reference.Methods： The serum B7-H3levels of30primary hepatocellular carcinomapatients were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)before TACEtreatment．The serum CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD8~＋T-Lymphocyte Subsets and ratio of CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte，30primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were tested by flowcytometer before TACE treatment．The serum CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD8~＋T-LymphocyteSubsets and ratio of CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte，and27healthy subjects as normalcontrols.Results：The case group serum B7-H3levels of patients were significantly higherthan the control group level before ACE(8140.05±3109.07pg/ml vs.2656.4±940.77pg/ml)，the difference was significant statistically significant (t=8.803, P=0.000)；the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); TNM staging III and IVpatients with significantly higher levels of B7-H3I, II （9886.64±3675.74pg/ml vs.7323.63±1535.64）， the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), liver cancermetastasis in patients with B7-H3levels were significantly higher than liver cancerdid not occur in patients with metastatic（9776.56±3354.96pg/ml vs.7143.87±1553.75）,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); case group before treatment serum CD3~＋、CD4~＋T lymphocytes sub-group level and CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte ratio wassignificantly lower than the control group (51.33±3.43%vs.66.83±4.32%;±36.73vs.51.833.63%±5.54%;±36.73vs.51.833.63%±5.54%), the difference was significantthe statistical significance of (t=15.073,12.289,5.126, P <0.01), and CD8+Tlymphocyte subsets were significantly higher than those in the control group (1.33±0.75pg/ml vs.2.43±0.87), the difference was statistically significant significance (t=5.126, P <0.01); B7-H3level in the serum of patients with pre-treatment cases groupand CD8+T lymphocyte subsets level exists a significant positive correlation (r=0.892, P <0.01) after analysis of Pearson correlation found, and CD3~＋、CD4~＋Tlymphocyte subsets level and CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte ratio exists a significantnegative correlation (r=-0.580,-0.451,-0.395, p <0.05).Conclusion：1. Serum B7-H3content in primary liver cancer patients wassignificantly higher than normal, and with CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD8~＋T lymphocyte subsetslevels and CD4~＋/CD8~＋T lymphocyte ratio existence of the correlation, promptedB7-H3may be issued with the original the incidence of liver cancer has a certaincorrelation, and participated in the body’s anti-tumor immune response.2. Serum B7-H3is closely related to TNM stage and metastasis of primary livercancer, suggesting that levels of B7-H3could become a significant value to judge thedegree of malignancy of primary liver cancer and the severity and prognosis.3. Serum B7-H3has observed TACE efficacy potential clinical value, clinicalreview B7-H3to determine the effect of TACE treatment of other means of interventionin order to once again line TACE.
