DSA Study Of The Hepatic Arterial Variations And Its Clinical Significance In Interventional Therapy For Hepatic Cancer

Objective: Evaluation of mammography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance thethree imaging screening technology in the value of early diagnosis and treatment ofbreast cancer, to explore early breast cancer screening method, in order to do a good jobof breast cancer early detection, early diagnosis,early treatment work.Methods: April2008-November2010,Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, Fushun,Fuxin City206communities25,365school-age women about Breast cancer healtheducation, epidemiological investigation, clinical screening and imaging screening andtest results were analyzed retrospectively.Results: This study were detected in50patients with breast cancer. Clinicalexamination on the subjects by professional chief physician of the breast alone,273cases of suspicious breast cancer is detected; pathologically confirmed50cases ofbreast cancer, clinical examination detected in50.00%(25/50). Mammographic X-rayfilm reading by professional chief physician of the diagnosis of breast images on thesubjects,381cases detected BI-RADS4-5grade; pathologically confirmed50cases ofbreast cancer, breast X-ray examination detected96.00%(48/50).Breast ultrasound,breast ultrasound diagnostic professional experienced radiologists on the subjectsdetected206cases of suspicious breast cancer, pathologically confirmed50cases ofbreast cancer, breast ultrasound detected in74.00%(37/50).Conclusion: The retrospective study initially established the Liao Shen womenwith breast cancer information database, the incidence of breast cancer risk factors.X-ray examination of the breast should remain as the preferred imaging-age womenwith breast cancer screening method, especially for early breast cancer screening.CADoutstanding value in breast cancer X-ray screening. X-ray examination of the breast+color Doppler ultrasound is the best combination for breast cancer screening.Mammographic X-ray–ultrasound–Breast MRI examination check mode is optimalbreast cancer screening mode.
