Objective The humanistic theory and clinical practice, provides a more scientific andeffective training methods and management mode for training clinical nursing humanisticcaring ability. Master the mental demand, provides the high quality of humanized nursing,resolve the status quo of humanistic caring ability of clinical nurse shortage, improve patientcare and job satisfaction, to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, as the humanisticcaring ability of clinical nurses to lay the foundation for further training.Methods This study selected patients with clinical nursing staff of Liaoyuan Maternaland Infant’s Hospital and responsible as the research object, carry on human care theory andskills training, through the continuing education of nursing and nursing training to carry onnurse-patient communication, interpersonal etiquette, nursing aesthetics and humanistic caretheory teaching, formulated the "nurse interpersonal etiquette Handbook","3H nursingservice standards","humanistic care process" and process quality management rules and aseries of standards, application of nursing etiquette training, interpersonal communicationscenario simulation and humanistic nursing care experience of a series of teaching methods,to carry out humanistic nursing rounds, implement the cultivation of humanistic caring abilityof humanistic care, health education guidance throughout the process of teaching and3Hnursing service mode for a full range of, through the humanistic caring ability of nursing stafftraining before and after the intervention of humanistic caring ability of nursing work and carequestionnaire of patients satisfaction survey and care evaluation results were statisticallyanalyzed synthetically study.Results Care ability of personnel clinical nursing including understanding,encourage,patience three dimensions.Study shows, educational background, positional title,nursing age and so on have influence on caring ability of nursing staff. Nursing staff title,nursing age on humanistic caring ability are positively correlated, the humanistic caringability training system of exploration and practice, humanistic caring ability of nursing staffwas improved.Conclusions Cultivation of humanistic caring ability of clinical nurses, need to payattention to the combination of clinical and school education. Both knowledge and abilitytraining should be pay equal attention to. In clinical nursing teaching, to constantly enrichnursing teaching methods, improve the care of the sensitivity and care experience, grasp thepsychological nursing professional theory and skills, accurate implementation ofpsychological nursing and humanistic care. At the same time, to create an atmosphere ofhumanistic care nursing culture, strengthen nursing management of the humanistic carepractice consciousness, improve the level of nursing management, promote humanities qualityof nursing staff to comprehensive improvement.
