Objective:To explore the clinical value of dimensional reconstruction of Low-dose Multislice CT and its effect on image quality through its clinical effects follow-up in order to guide clinic treatment.Methods:30cases of children under16years old with epiphyseal injuries were selected randomly. Plain X-ray radiography and dimensional reconstruction of Low-dose Multislice CT were choosed to determine the type of epiphyseal injuries in case to guide clinic treatment. The occurrence rate of the appearance of bonebridge on epiphyseal plate and joint deformity with2-year follow-up were observed. Images from dimensional reconstruction of Low-dose Multislice CT and additional cases using Conventional dose were divided into two groups with each group being30cases. Both images quality score selection were double-blinded, including CTD Ivol; DL P; noise and quality score of the images. The statistical anlysis were assessed on clinical value with t test. Results:The CTDIvol of two groups were (9.6) and (2.4) mGy, DL P were (156.60±4.30) and (25.40±7.99) mGy.cm. Group of low-dose declined about61.68%compares with group of conventional-dose. difference between two groups showed statistically significant.(P<0.05).The average of noise was higher in group of low-dose compared with group of conventional-dose (each was11.36±2.95and16.42±2.96),t=-7.199, P=0.000. But the mean image quality score ((4.85±0.41) points and (4.81±0.44) points), have no statistically significant difference (t=0.465, P>0.05). The appraisal indexes results suggestsed that dimensional reconstruction of Low-dose Multislice CT can parting epiphyseal injury precisely and assist clinical diagnosis and treatment effectively as well. Conclusion:Dimensional reconstruction of Low-dose Multislice CT can reduce dose without influence diagnostics; part epiphyseal injury precisely; assist clinical diagnosis and treatment; do less harm to children.
