ObjectiveTo study the PINP,CTX,OST change and its significance in the patients of femoralhead necrosis.MethodsIn this study, the case-control group of patients with femoral head necrosis of BoneDisease Branch in patients with inpatient Jinan Military Region General Hospital fromJanuary2012to December2012, a total of72cases, including38males and34females,the average age (49.35±8.46)years, the diagnostic criteria for2012"adult femoral headnecrosis standards of Medical Care expert consensus". NC group for the normal controlgroup, selected40cases from the same period of the Jinan Military Region GeneralHospital outpatient health checkup staff diabetes, hypertension, and diseases such as renalimpairment. were detected in each group in patients with type I procollagen amino-terminal propeptide (PINP),collagen type I C-terminal peptide (CTX),osteocalcin (OST),triglyceri-des (TG), total cholesterol (TCH),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and other indicators, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) biochemical markers, and each set of indicators for a single factor analysis ofvariance.ResultsObserved changes in the case group and the control group of three bone metabolicmarkers, and by t-test analysis: the case group than in the control group-PINP (70.82for±10.04VS51.99±9.53),CTX (1.00±0.26vs0.53±0.21),OST (35.10±2.99VS23.59±3.10),that the case group patients with the three bone metabolism parameters weresignificantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Depending on the ARCO stage case group divided into four groupsby a single factor analysis of variance: PINP difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) between group2and group3OST respectively in the three groups and four groupsdifference was statistically significant (P<0.05),no statistically significant differencebetween the rest of the group, the metabolic indicators was not significantly differentbetween patients with femoral head necrosis, duration of disease, we combine theexperimental group, considering the experimental group bone metabolism in patientsentered a stable period. Control group of age group PINP, CTX, OST age higher and lower,no significant difference (P>0.05) in each age group. The case group patients in each group, value of OST age growth gradually decreased, comparison between C1and D1group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05),among other groups showed no significantdifference (P <0.05) value gradually decreased, which PINP between group B1and C1group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);the PINP age growth; CTX with theincrease of age, the value under, each group showed no significant difference. Case andcontrol groups in the same age, the comparison between the various indicators, threemetabolic indicators in the case group than in the control group were increased in varyingdegrees, of which OST30-3940-49over60years old three groups compared with thecontrol group, there were significant differences (P <0.05),PINP compared to the40-49,50-59-year-old two groups with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05),CTX20-29,50-59-year-old,three groups over the age of60compared with thecontrol group, there were significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion(1) Patients with steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head of PINP, CTX,OST three target levels higher than normal, the faster that in patients with femoral headnecrosis rate of bone resorption, bone synthesis rate increased.(2) There is no significant change in femoral head necrosis of bone metabolismentered a stable period with age in patients with femoral head bad PINP,CTX, OST.(3) Patients with steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head with differentstages of PINP, CTX, OST no significant change, indicating that the equilibrium betweenthe different stages of bone formation rate and the rate of bone resorption.
